Click
here to see who is
signed up already and to add your name. If every skipper,
associate, and crew signed up for one task for one event, we might be able
to fill all the slots. Otherwise, we'll have to sign up for two
slots.
Generally, the procedure is to fill the
PRO slots first followed by the driver slots. Along the way, those
individuals recruit and fill in helper slots.

Care and Use of
PRSA's RC Boats
Beginning and End of day: It is
critical that each boat driver review and complete the check-in sheet at the
beginning of the day and the check-out sheet at the end of the day. They are
responsible for their boat! These sheets are in the RC packet in the
shed and it is the PRO's responsibility to give each boat driver their
sheets.
Where are the
keys? The PRO should be getting an email from the Vice or Rear Commodore
with this info. If not, email them (wkleysteuber@earthlink.net
and tom.ballantine@stanfordalumni.org).
Do the boats have gas? Refueling

A checklist of the things you must know to
safely operate our RC boats is provided at the links below:
Post Race Reports on Boats
Please report problems, issues, etc. that you had or see coming up with each of the RC boats. Go
here to post those reports.
Registry & Race Results
The registration and race results need to get
to Russ Roberts (Russell.A.Roberts@juno.com or 703-593-4102) or Nabeel Alsalam
(nabeel.alsalam@gmail.com or 703
786-1967) If you do not find one or the other after the
races, please type out the registration list (skipper, hull #, sail #) of all
competitors that day (see note below), the finish order for each race, and email
it to both of them. Don't try to compile the results -- the scoring
program will do that.
The registration sheet is very important to
the scorers and they need it if they are going to get the results posted
quickly. The scorers have the names of the
skippers (who are PRSA members) and their hull numbers, but if those skippers
are using sails with a different numbers the scorers probably don't have that
information. Also, they probably don't have the name, hull number, and
sail number of new members or guests. A simple form should be available in the RC
packet.
