New Procedures for Operating the 16' Carolina Skiff! We continue to have issues with the ethanol in the gasoline causing the carburetor to gum up, making the engine difficult to start and to keep running at idle. We are working on new refueling and operating procedures that we hope will keep this from happening, but in the mean time the 16 is OFF LIMITS to all PRSA users. More 2008 reports.
