PRSA Presents... 2007 Hangover Regatta, Monday January 1st Lots of sailors showed up including 5 or 6 from Havre de Grace, but the wind did not. Instead fog shrouded the river. Regatta was abandoned at 1:30 p.m. Check out pictures from the 2006 Hangover Regatta here. |
