Spring Series #2:  April 9, 2000

Racing cancelled.  Coast guard had issued a small craft advisory.  At noon the airport reported winds at 24 mph (21 kts) gusting to 37 mph (33 kts) out of the WNW.  Around 10:00, two hours before high tide, the mud flats were exposed due to the wind.
