Four Lightnings and two Albacores did not let the heavy rain discourage them and they were rewarded. Because of the threat of thunderstorms, we sailed on the "lower course" between the powerplant and the channel. It rained some during the first race but otherwise, we had a 5-12 SE to SW breeze and great racing. We came in around 2:30 and the sun came out, so we cooked hot dogs and hamburgers and rehashed our best and worst moves on the course. Ben Kuykendall and his Lightning team ran the RC.
